First of all it was supposed to arrive on the 30th of January and now it’s saying it’s going to arrive by the 4th of February. Seeing as this is a common occurrence in the other reviews i’m confused as to why they don’t just make the estimated delivery a further date. update: it arrived on the 3rd instead. laptop works but it’s extremely laggy and freezes easily. i don’t have much installed on it for it to be doing that. the battery life is also pretty poor. ... show more

Screen quality is good, I love the color , very quick, good for price, keyboard works good, easy to use but I will say the charger they sent definitely did not work I tried it and I thought at first the laptop didn’t work but I tried another charger n thankfully it was just the charger for it, but I can always get different charger but other than that I got it for school and to edit YouTube videos easy to use and I love it! ... show more

This lap top works great! For being a renewed lap top it works fast! It’s super light weight and great for travel! It was so simple to set up and connect my iPhone to. The lap top came with very minor scratches on the top but other than that it is in great condition!

when i first bought it it was very slow and only turned on when plugged in. doesn’t hold any charge at all and randomly turned off. now about 7 months later it doesn’t work at all. Saving up for a new one, wasn’t worth it, however the seller was very kind and offered a refund or replacement for the 90 day warranty but unfortunately after spending time trying to get it fixed and actively being in school doing pre-medicine needing to use the device, i missed the warranty. i was going to ignore the issues on the computer and use it anyway since the warranty was out due to me being a broke college student but now it just doesn’t work and i have no other options. it’s a shame, should’ve been tested to begin with. either way, if i got a functional device i wouldn’t have to make time to try to repair/ return it and i wouldn’t have lost 500 dollars :( i get it tho accident happen just disappointed as this was my first ever macbook and refurbished electronic bottom line i bet the good reviews are true and people have gotten functional devices just don’t 100% count on it and if you’re someone who isn’t going to pay an extra 100 for a warranty and get busy and caught up in life (cause those 90 days can go fast especially if the problems show up later) i would say just pay the little bit extra and try best buy or somewhere where there’s more guarantee it’ll at least be sent to you working lol ... show more

For the price I bought, it is one of the excellent choice I made. I have been using it for school for the past few days and it is running super fast. Even though it’s an Intel CORE instead of Apple Original CORE. But overall, it is great!!
