If I was to say I had one I won't say complaint but one flaw about these plates they are small if you are looking for like a 8 inch plate you should go with the set that has a 9 or 10 in because the 8-in plates are small to me it's more like for a 6 in so I would definitely read the sizes and go up a size if that makes sense hopefully it does for those that are reading this ... show more

Used these plates and dowels for a 4 tiered wedding cake. Everything stacked and held together well. The dowels were easy to cut to size, but were still sturdy. The only difficulty I ran into was the plates like to slide around on my turntable while I was smoothing the icing, but I found a silicon trivet helped keep things in place. ... show more
