It is a great cup (20oz). I have used it for the past 4 months. I could give it just a 4 stars because I can not clean the lid easily and it is a bit of a sippy style, but I do not always use the lid and it is reliably tight. I have not had any leak issues. So I am very pleased about its capability of keeping my drink warm long enough compare to other alternatives, hence the 5 stars. I do though have the habit of heating all my cups with hot water before I pour coffee I them. This one takes good advantage of it compare to others that do not retain heat as well. The handle is a good size, but I wish it had rounder edges. This cup travels well in my car cup holder. The cup has good heat retention and it makes it … flavor retention, I guess… You need to use soap to clean it between coffee and tea usages. It is the cup I use the most.

Love the cup because I can drink water without tasting metal. The only thing I don’t like is the skinny handle. I prefer the chubby handles because they are easier to grab. Pretty pink color & it comes with 2 straws & a scrubbing sponge with a handle so that’s a plus!

I thought I was buying a travel mug, not entering into a committed relationship with a tiny thermal tyrant. This little ceramic-lined dictator looked innocent enough when I unboxed it, small, cute, just the right size for my ancient Saturn’s cup holders (circa 2004, when cup holders were apparently designed for shot glasses). My first mistake? Thinking I could outsmart a mug. I did my usual morning routine: fill with boiling water, go about my business, dump the water, make tea, and head out. THREE MILES into my commute, I go for that first glorious sip and HOLY MOTHER OF EARL GREY this thing was hotter than the surface of Mercury! I'm pretty sure I saw my reflection in the liquid lava that was supposed to be my breakfast beverage. Twenty minutes later (still driving, still optimistic), I tried again. Nope. Still molten. At this point, I'm wondering if this mug has a built-in nuclear reactor. I get to work as a nanny, and little miss immediately wants to investigate this mysterious lidded contraption. "Can I take the lid off?" she asks sweetly. ABSOLUTELY NOT, child, unless you want to witness your nanny spontaneously combust from drinking liquid fire. We head out for a walk. I'm sneaking sips like I'm trying to taste-test the sun. Ninety minutes in, I'm having a full breakdown because I just want to drink my TEA! In a moment of pure desperation, I ripped off the lid like I was defusing a bomb. Five minutes later, yes FIVE MINUTES I could finally consume something that was merely "surface-of-a-pizza-straight-from-the-oven" hot instead of "molten-core-of-the-earth" hot. The safety test? Little miss couldn't figure out how to remove the lid, so if your tiny humans manage to steal your drink, they're protected from third-degree burns. It's like child-proofing, but for beverages that could power a small spacecraft. A few days later, I got wise. No preheating. Left home at 11:30 AM, finished my tea at 1:30 PM. TWO HOURS. This mug doesn't just keep drinks hot, it keeps them in a perpetual state of "please don't sue us if you burn your tongue off." Fair warning: this mug is so lightweight that you might accidentally launch it into orbit if you lift it too enthusiastically. I nearly gave myself a black eye trying to take a sip. It's like holding a feather filled with the wrath of a thousand suns. Bottom line: If you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your taste buds, if you want a beverage that stays hotter than a fresh asphalt road in August, and if you're looking for the Holy Grail of "Where did I put my coffee?" moments (spoiler: it's still hot after three hours), then congratulations, you've found your thermal soulmate. I like the color, I like the ceramic lining.... however, I do not like that the lid will actually push itself up and cause a spill from the steam of the coffee. I will be returning this and look for a twist off lid so this does not happen again. It is probably great for cold drinks but I bought it mainly for my hot coffee as I travel daily.

Well if I could give zero stars! Amazon needs to fix that so people can give accurate ratings!!! This cost 4 times more than my old tumbler, and doesn’t keep ice for more than a couple hours!!!!!!!! My old cup will keep ice for at LEAST 24 hours, or it is at the least still very cold water! The only reason I bought this was because of the ceramic coating instead of the steel which can leave a taste! I will gladly go back to my metal cup to have a cold drink. Oh I almost forgot, the straws that come with it are super slim so it’s like drinking through a toddlers sippy cup, and you can’t use a bigger one because the hole only fits skinny straws!!!! This has to be the worst cup I have ever purchased!!! BOOOOOOOOOO!
