The media could not be loaded. Durable toy. Keep indoors when not in use. I take short walks with my daughter. Our neighborhood is flat with a very slight incline. We got her this after noticing how quickly she got the hang of using a similar one at a children's play place business. At first we only had her doing circles in the back yard (on concrete). Then we did a short walk around the block. It is good to test the limits before going too far. We got to the point where we can do a 30-45 minute walk with her. She likes the rear trunk. If she sees a rock or pinecone, she is happy to pick it up and bring it along. Also, if we make it to a corner store, we have a spot for the munchies. Great to for the price, durable, nice long charger.

Brought the bicycle for my granddaughter and it never worked. Reached out to company and they responded but was not very helpful. I wound up just asking for a different battery because I couldn’t get the original to charge and they just sent new wires to attach to the battery with no further instructions or suggestions so now I have to purchase a different vehicle because my granddaughter has seen this one and really wants to ride it. Not happy at all!!!! Low rating due to customer service and the fact that it never worked but bicycle is cute
