Installed one one pressure washer and one on my generator. Install was simple. Decide where you want the meter, run the wire to spark plug lead and give it a few wraps (secured with zip ties), insert wire in slot on back of meter, mount meter and run engine. Both gave accurate count of run time.

Took maybe 10 minutes to install and most of that was routing the wire around the engine. Easy to install and works great. My mower did not have an hour meter en I bought it and I decided to install this on the new motor I used to repower my mower. My only complaint is the wire isn’t as long as I’d like, but overall, still a great value for the money.

5 wraps around the spark plug wire and it's working perfectly. Seems as robust as other brands I've used so I'm not too worried about it failing.

Wow I'm impressed at just how simple the are to setup. You just wrap the spark plug wire and run it to your meter and set it in the back and your down!

Easy install. Battery not replaceable. Read on another site battery life is 3 years. I expect my new snow blower to last longer, I hope. Screws were in the bag, just hard to see. I didn't want to drill holes so I attached it with 3M VHB double back tape. Routed the wire to the spark plug, wrapped it around the plug wire a few times and wire tied it. Did a quick test, ran for 6 minutes and the meter shows 0.1 as it should.
