Taken a beating and still looks and works great!
Bought this for my husband's business travels. 3 week-long trips down so far, multiple airports, multiple checked bags, and still holding up well. He loves the divider inside. Wheels still work smoothly, zippers still functioning. Probably going to buy a few other pieces for some international travel coming up.

Great Lightweight Case, Excellent customer service
Excellent, lightweight cases perfect for a short trip. I ordered 2 and, although we had a problem with 1 of the cases, the problem was fixed immediately without any hassle. Brilliant customer service and will buy larger ones next.

Zipper busted
Color: pink
Size: 20+14 inch
Where the zipper connected to the case ripped first use. We had to wrap it with tape to get my daughters clothing home from our trip.

Was hoping for better quality
A little flimsy. Held up on 1 trip but super easy to bend the plastic. Recommended by a friend and feeling duped

Cheap quality
Color: pink
Size: 20+14 inch
The media could not be loaded. Definitely not a hard case. So unbelievably flimsy.

Cheap Construction
The interior material around the zipper tore on the first use while using the zipper. Very disappointing. Expected better manufacturing quality and materials. Look elsewhere for durable luggage
