I purchased a 2-pack to replace my dying set of Black and Decker batteries (2). I have replaced the originals about 6 times now over several years, but the original batteries appear to be no longer available, so I tried these as the write-ups looked good. I have used these new replacement batteries 4 times now, and I can safely say they are about 80-85% as good as the originals. They have a bit less power and last a bit less time than a new set of the Black and Decker batteries, for the same cost! And, they did NOT come with the caps for covering the connectors. So I think it is time I purchased a new edger in the new generation of battery powered tools and stopped trying to keep this one running. ... show more
