This is my third iPad and I never had an issue. The one I have now is a sixth generation and the new one is a 9th generation. So, I went on YouTube to find a solution. Nothing has worked. They tell you to go to iTunes, well I haven’t used iTunes since they had stopped selling the download music. ( what they are doing today, I don’t know. ) Now I am searching for my password and trying to update it? ) I called Apple support and was told to go to iTunes. Right now I don’t know what to do? I put in a short password starting with a zero, figured I would use part of my birthdate. It never said you can’t start with a zero. Every day I look at the new iPad and I get nervous to try again, because every time you use it , it goes into unavailable. ( try back in 6-8-1 hour. I’m trying to have peace but I keep getting triggered, just the thought that I am locked out. Going to check YouTube again and call Apple. If It doesn’t open up , I’m sending it back! If I get lucky will change my review, maybe. ... show more
