    • Initial impression - outstanding
This will be a long one so TL;DR: easy to install and a complete game-changer when it comes to drawing on my iPad. I will say I was compelled to leave this review pretty much immediately after installation, so I can’t speak to the durability of the protector at this time. I will update the review in the future to reflect this. That being said, the instructions provided with the protectors are very clear and easy to follow, and includes a link to a demonstration video which also makes it easy. I also had no issues removing the bubbles that happened when I first installed it, and they have a process for this that is explained in the instructions. One of them was stubborn because there was a piece of dust that had snuck underneath, but using the provided dust-removal stickers on the underside of the protector where the lint was stuck easily removed it without damaging the sticky side of the protector. It still adheres to the screen perfectly and when I was done it was completely bubble-free. The texture with using an Apple Pencil is in a word: incredible. I use procreate on the iPad which has pressure-based stroke and opacity features, and the added resistance of the screen protector makes these features even more life-like and intuitive. Shading and sketching in procreate immediately became easier and elevated the quality of my work instantly. I now find it so much easier to use good drawing practices (stable, smooth lines, cross-hatching all improved drastically). My main concern that I will be looking out for is scratching. I bought fine-tip metal Apple Pencil tips to use in conjunction with this which makes me think it will wear down and scratch the surface faster than the regular Apple Pencil tip. The combination of these two devices has taken the drawing on the iPad over the top, but I don’t want to have to replace the protector so often that it becomes a chore. However, so far even pushing full pressure with the metal tip I have not had any issues with scratching. Overall, if you are curious about a paper-feel screen protector, this seems to be an incredibly easy to use, cost effective option that makes a noticeable difference. Feels like paper, and it makes it easier to draw. It wasn't difficult to apply but left 3 tiny bubbles I couldn't get out. It's not bothersome or interfere with my drawing. But it dose leave some scratches when using the pencil. So far it's not messing up the tip of the iPad pencil. I'm happy with it and when I draw I try not to press down too hard to avoid more scratches. I'm satisfied I bought this. ... show more

It is a very nice set that comes with everything you need. It was easy to install and works well with touch or a pencil. I took off one star because the protector works well but I was not able to get it to fully stick in one corner. It is starting to bubble a little by the corner that didn't stick.

I don't have an apple pencil so I can't speak to the paper-feel when using it, but I really like how it's anti-glare and anti-fingerprints. Usually, my fingerprints are all over the surface 10min after applying a new screen protector. With this product, it's been a few months and I still haven't collected as many fingerprints as I used to after 10 minutes! I also found it easy to apply and easy to remove any bubbles that may have formed. While I have an older iPad model and may upgrade soon, I'm grateful to have found a protector that still fits iPads with home buttons! ... show more

These things are awesome!! I'll start by saying the packaging was excellent both inside and out and comes with everything you need except instructions however, it did provide a direct link to a how-to video that was fast and easy. If installed properly and instructions are followed it comes out flawless! Super nice paper feel works great with apple pencils and active stylus pens but not too rough where it wears your tips down fast. Matte finish as described that doesn't leave fingerprints and really is anti-glare...it will smudge somewhat but is extremely easy to clean! The pack comes with 2 screen protectors in beautiful packaging with all tools needed for installation of both protectors. Works really well and as for drawing on an iPad this has to be the best paperfeel screen protector on the market I couldn't imagine one better and for this low price?!? Its an amazing deal I would recommend over and over to anybody looking for a paperfeel type of screen protector or if you don't have one and you are trying to draw on your iPad without. I honestly won't ever bother looking for any other brand or type at this point for this price and quality this product is truly worth your money. ... show more

This feels amazing. I love the texture for using the iPad even without the pencil. Its rough, but still smooth enough to not reduce every touch with your fingers. With the original pencil tips, it is a bit on the slippier side, but I switched the tip for an off-brand tip and its giving me the perfect fiction for writing and drawing. I can imagine a soft tip with this screen protector will give you a lot more grip on your pen if you want that. Pros: - Affordable - Helps against glare - Really feels like your brushing your fingers and pen against paper - Provides a video installation guide Cons - It does get marred, this is from hand oils and is superficial, you can just wipe the screen down - The installation process is a bit tedious ... show more
