These wrenches making changing out faucet or a sink much easier than trying to use a traditional wrench. There's a couple different styles of Basin Wrenches' I've seen and based on what my relative who is a plumber uses, I opted to go with this style. He likes the versatility of this style wrench.

    • Much more comfortable than the basin wrench.
Typically when I replace a faucet, I have to reach way up around the sink with a basin wrench when tightening from underneath. I remember I had one faucet that actually came with something similar to this for the install, of course it was just made for that faucet, but it made things really easy. This seems to be constructed very sturdy, and has inserts for different sized nuts. I haven't installed anything new with them, but the nuts themselves seem to all be around the same size as anything I've installed. The side of these tools have a small opening so your water line can rest inside while you tighten. I'd say this is a good set to have on hand for doing your home projects, and it's actually cheaper than a lot of basin wrenches. ... show more
