I tried the memory foam toppers and I did not like them. They had a terrible smell, which remained for days, were so heavy they were hard to maneuver. Ended up returning. The egg crate foam is what I really wanted but was having a hard time finding them. I have had them in the past and loved them. Mine needed replacing. It seemed like everybody had memory foam ones. Anyway, I finally found this topper and it is great. It did have a chemical/foam smell at first and all of them do they warn you to air it out. So I aired it out and it was clear within 24 hours. I bought the one with the cover, but I decided the cover was what was making the topper curve and not lay flat on the bed so I removed it. Don't get the cover it makes the topper bend/curve and not adhere to the mattress, unless you want it for storage. Other than that this egg crate foam topper really helps give you a good night's sleep.

I needed to replacey old mattress topper on my queen size Select Comfort bed from 2001. I couldn't find an original replacement from the company, so I chose this one in a full size to fit inside the queen size border of my bed, had to trim it down a little to fit. I'm happy with my purchase and I'm sure the cost was less than purchasing from the select comfort company had I found their replacement topper.

The cat peed on my old nice memory foam topper, so I scrambled to buy a replacement. This was the cheapest, yet decent looking one I could find. It has met my needs just fine, and provides sufficient support. It does not small like much of anything, unless perhaps you're one of those (cursed) individuals who can smell clean water. Not bad at all, and not fantastic either, but well worth the asking price compared to other options.

We were going to be staying with a relative that we knew did not have a bed in there spare bedroom. But they did have a blow up bed. We knew from past experiences that putting a topper on a blow up bed would make all the difference, And it did. This topper is very soft, but not squishy. We slept very well. We highly recommend it.
