This is my second bicycle trailer. My first one is rated to tow about 100 pounds so this Movcan is a major upgrade. The Movcan is much smoother in tow whether empty or not. The Movcan wheels attach and detach so easily that it worries me about securing them when I'm shopping inside grocery store. So I finally found all the pieces to this trailer and went to Home Depot with it to cut a 17" by 32" hardboard floor for the trailer, hard enough to support gallons of water and light enough to quickly put in and remove. Then I went to Walmart to get 8.6pd gallons of water, x15=129pd. On the way home I had to accelerate from a red light at the base of hill. The traffic behind me were a little frustrated with me because my 750watt ebike would not get over 10mph going up the hill pulling the Movcan loaded with 130pds. But this may have something to do with my ebike having 20" wheels which n combo with the Movcan has a tilt sag inbetween because of how the tow-bar connects to the trailer. There may be a work-around for fixing this towbar sag. If I figure it out, I will come back here and share it. So I'm sad about the sagging problem since the legality power limits of USA ebikes in some ways interferes with service functionality. It would be a valuable improvement if Movcan trailer design was adjustable enough to have no sag while being towed by a 20" ebike. 〰️〰️〰️ Nov 23,2025 update. The tow bar where it connects to the trailer gets out of adjustment way too easy. This causes the trailer to wobble forward and backward with moderate loads. The wobbling in turn puts too much stress on the wheel pins which are hollow steel. They normally would be OK but the tow-bar issue demands solid steel axle pins instead of the hollow ones which were designed for ease of attachment and detachment of wheels. I like this attachment detachment flexibility, but not at the expense of a $250 trailer. So a few days ago my trailer became ruined when I pulled it 2 miles from the grocery store. One of the axil pins bent and I can no longer use it. And the option to buy another axil pin does not appear to be available from this vendor on Amazon. So the point of buying this trailer for $250 seems foolish now. I was very surprised to discover how easy it was to become broken. I'm thinking about going to a local hardware store and attempting to create solid axle pins for both wheels. If I do this and if it does work, then the wheels might not roll as smoothly, and they would no longer be able to quickly attach and detach. Another thing; when the trailer bagan wobbling on the way home, the worst wheel rubbed against the canvas burning a hole in it and left shredded rubber debris from that wheel sprayed up on what I was carting home. It was quite a mess and it did not take long for this to happen, and I was not going all that fast either, only about 15mph. I still really like how smooth this trailer pulls when empty, but no one buys a trailer to pull around when empty. Like I first pointed to in this complaint, the point where the tow-bar arm attaches to the trailer is the weakest point in the design. It should be designed to be much more resistant to wiggling loose under modest stress. 〰️〰️〰️ Dec 12, 2025 update: Movcan was very quick to send me replace wheel bolts to replace what had been bent, earning my appreciation. However these bolts still would not fit in the wheel hub holes which makes the trailer unusable with those bolts until I can figure out how to correct the deformation within that wheel hub hole. Hope Movcan can help me solve this problem because I really like the shock absorbers of this trailer which are rare among small trailers and are the reason I chose to buy this one. ... show more

    • disconnects on slightest pull
Terrible trailer. Can't return because the box was thrown out, aborting certainty. The silver slide that connects to the trailer doesn't have a real locking system. It pulls off so easy that there's no way to use it. When attached to vehicle the slightest pressure disconnected it. It's like having skateboard bearings that slide off without a real lock on it. Like a joke, pay allot to call it cheapskate. Could not move a can, purchase and mix two brains to not blink and hold IMMAGE of the Ameri flag before it burns. Don't do can. Because do does not work. Promises of holding allot of weight dead and gone :( Like a Skelton without a solid flag under flesh above head it sits there by the couch. With the unsafe bar pushed forward into the holding place. Vibrations... Unsafe even when ... Rigged. If you buy this there's chances by averages of this happening. Going to get a cheaper one that's better constructed. ... show more

This bike trailer is one of the best that I’ve ever seen. Definitely gonna be something I take it to the beach, can carry everything that I need to get out to the beach with the e-bike that I have. It doubles as a wagon as well as a bike trailer so you can bring both attachments and use it for both needs. Everything was super simple to assemble. It’s all popped together with bearing retainer clips and I didn’t even need the instruction manual. My favorite feature is that everything is quick disconnect so you can switch it between the trailer and the bike trailer all in a very seamless fashion. This is a super nice trailer. The quality of the build is very nicely done and firm. It can fit a lot of things and has a very good weight capacity. It is super easy to assemble it took me almost no time. Its easy to connect it to the bike and it has 2 small shock absorbers on each side. In my opinion this is worthy the money.     • Great trailer design, but needs revision.
Great design, but a few things need to be addressed. The hitch arm clamp is poorly executed. It shifts up and down causing the trailer to ride low on the front causing it to be unstable at any speed over 20mph. I've tried to tighten the two bolts on the clamp, but it crushed the thinly walled tubing. Movcan needs to go back to the drawing board and redesign or use thicker tubing for the hitch arm. ... show more
