I was given a recommendation to try this product. Most products are to salty for my liking but this one is not, I did enjoy that. When it comes to flavor I wanted to love it but I only liked the flavor. It is a great product and is very versatile on red meat or chicken, but I was wanting a bit more salt on this one to make the flavor pop. I enjoyed the seasoning, but I think it could be better and there are some better options out there. Not to say this is not a top notch seasoning, it just was not what I was looking for in a overall seasoning. Seasoning is very personal, so what I like may not be what you like. I eat NY strip prepared initially in a hot cast iron skillet on the stove and finished at 350 degrees in the oven. This tastes so good on literally anything you put it on. This was recommended by a friend and it was one of our favorite purchases.
