And the second package, the USB charger broke, but when I contacted customer support they got back to me the next day and shipped me a new USB charger. So even though there were some issues, customer support resolved them ASAP. I really appreciate this because it ensured that my son can continue to enjoy his toy. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My grandson is heartbroken because when it cane time to use it in the pool it only worked two times and then died. We replaced the many batteries in the shark and remote to no avail. I may have to just throw it away.

First, it will not work if its out of the water, It has a sensor that shut off if its out of water. So the remote paired and all was fine, but we couldn't get it to work unless we put it in the water. So make sure you don't try it out of water as it does not work. The remote has 2 buttons in the front/side of the remote. The left remote does nothing, if you push it then it will break as it is hallow behind it. So don't use the left one, the right one keeps the speed low and faster, it is very slow so keep in mind that it is not a speed boat, it moves very very slow ! Lastly, Make sure the battery housing unit is sealed, I got some water in it and was able to clean it and air it out. just make sure you align the battery housing unit flush with it so it works in the future. I love the product, but it is priced very high, I would pay up to 20$ , at the time of purchase It was 33$ ... show more

I bought this on a whim to mess with my girls when they swam. It’s mediocre at best. Does was it says, but don’t expect to have years of fun with it. You drive it around the pool and then once done you never do it again.
