What a waste of time, energy, and effort... Oh and money.

Edit: GARBAGE. Utter and total garbage. After installing the second protector on the internal screen, it was ok. Just ok. I bought this kit on Oct 22, 2025 and installed them on Oct 25. The inner screen is now shiny where I used my thumbs the most. Other brands I can use for 6 or more months before they start to get worn. I barely got two weeks. I don't understand how there can be any return on these, so it money lost, lesson learned. I've been installing TPU protectors forever now and until this purchase, I never had so many issues. Once applied, I noticed slivers of paper now sealed under the protector for the inner screen. Usually, it's an easy fix. Peel the protector off, run it under some warm water and a drop of dish soap, and gently rub the bubble creating paper off, and wiping with clean hands, feeling for other debris. Ok normally this just takes a minute and apply it back to the screen. It was harder to install on a fold able screen without anything to keep it aligned, but the top plastic hadn't been peeled off, so it was ligned up and perfectly smooth. Now, using the flattening spuger, it pushed out all moisture. I let it sit for the day, coming back 9 or so hours, and still smooth. Not to peel off the scratch protecting plastic. Came off, no problem. I left the phone open over night and to my surprise, the protector was perfect. Whew. I thought I'd had ruined a protector. I closed the phone. Some time later, I tried to open the phone, and two of the lower corners were stuck, even though the protectors are matte. Ok, weird. I gently put my finger in and separated the corners. They stuck back down, and after trying to peel the up, I couldt do it easily, so ok, a fluke. I left the phone open longer, and runs the spuger card over it again, just in case. Nothing changed, it still looked smooth. Ok, now two days withtis protector on and it's pulled up the corner again, and while closed, it's developed bubbles. Air bubbles. Ok, time for a second shot. I peeled the problematic protector off and in a exceptionally clean room, (At work, in a sterile environment, as in more sterile than an operating room) I installed the second. I felt good, no bubbles, no paper slivers, nothing to cause any hard bubbles. Due to where I was, I could bring the packaging in, but could bring the phone and new protectors. I get done to see two small bubbles. They not bumps, so it's air, but there they are. They should go away. Now for the outter screen. Yeah, ruined two right out of the gate. Why and how? Well, you line them up square with the edges while ensuring to centered for the camera. Everything. Looking good, so I pulled #1 tab, and, still ensuring the camera hole is centered and the edges were even, I sealed it down. The problem is, by the time I got done, each time, the protector ended up curved looking horrible in the process. Gently peeling it up and manually aligned it, started to work, but now it's full of bubbles. Same thing with the second one. I don't know how a product just like dozens of others could be so hard to install. Since I wasted the screen protectors, there nothing to return, except wasted time, crumpled protectors and the labels/plastic that protect them. I've got another brand coming that I've used in nearly every phone before, including tablets, with a similar feel, yet installs flawlessly every time. Iveninstall a tone of these, and this is the worst installation method I've used. It would have been easier to free hand install. Oh, and their guide that you plug into the USB port, be very careful. If one bit is out out alignment or bent, it won't go in. But you won't know that because naturally it takes force to push it in. Terrible. It's not much more to include a full tray to put the phone in open, lay the screen protector over the top and peel a strip to make it stick to the phone. From there, you take the spreading spuger and smooth out the area peeled. You then fold half of the protector back and move the tool forward, as it peels the protector away from the backing ensuring the installation actually installs smoothly. Finally, you grab the other end, now keep in mind a tray is keeping the phone in place and tabs with holes that hook on each end keeping the phone and protector aligned, you're now pulling the second tab from the protector and folding tha back so you can take the tool and slide it toward the other end, pushing the protector onto the phone while it's rolling the protective plastic in the same direction, an pops free once you've gotten to the end. You have a perfect install all the time. But, with all that, it's a pain to install. Doesn't stick very well, and nearly impossible to install without bubbles. The two stars I give are for how well the surface of the interior screen is. It's quite nice but over all, I've had better experiences installing them and end up with the same surface feel, so I'd look elsewhere for paper like matte protectors. ... show more

Almost Perfect!

These screen protectors were almost perfect. Installation was easy, they looked amazing after install, and I loved the paper feel of the protector (I read a lot on my phone so it kind of felt like a book). The only issue I had was the case I really loved (Torras), kept lifting up the side of these protectors on the front of my phone. I do not believe this was a problem with the screen protector, the case is just really tight and doesn't leave space for a protector. If you don't have this case, or any case, this screen protector is a solid option if you want a matte screen. ... show more

EDIT: I got a replacement for the first set of screen protectors. This one I was able to install with less bubbles, but it was NOT easy. Here's the kicker: THE SAME ISSUE AS THE FIRST SET IS HAPPENING. In the corner, whenever I close the device, the corner starts to peel up and bubble. BUT ONLY when the device is closed. I don't know if I got a defective batch or what but oh my god, this is EXTREMELY frustrating. I bought a screen protector from the same company and waited a month for it. Finally got here, was horrible, destroyed on arrival, and it just did not work. Ordered this one because it was FINALLY in stock, and it's basically the same damn screen protector. Right down to the terrible installation. I was able to install it this time, without the help of the absolutely unhelpful guide that does not work. Bubbles galore, and getting the screen installed with a fraction. Of a nanometer off center causes the edge to peel. People are saying their bubbles disappeared after a few days and I highly doubt that. I worked at Best buy in the age of the Zagg screen protectors that required you to spray the heck out of the screen to wet-install. I know how to install a TPU screen protector, and these guys do not make it easy. ... show more
