    • QR Code Directions for Installation Misleading

I scanned the QR code on the box to access the instructions for installing the screen protector. The video I watched showed someone bending the protector back and forth on the phone while peeling the film off about half of the screen at a time. I followed the instructions and bent the screen protector slightly, just as demonstrated in the video, but it broke. I ended up finding another video with different instructions, and those helped me install the second screen protector without any hassle. This product could easily be 5 stars if the installation process were simpler or the initial instructions were more reliable. In the end, I broke the first screen protector during installation. If you order this, I highly recommend watching a couple of different tutorial videos beforehand—you’ll likely have much better success than I did. ... show more

I have a Samsung Ultra 23. The main phone screen protector was very simple to install and it fits well over the curved areas. It does not interfere with my case. The camera lens protector fit well and had a unique frame to align it. Unfortunately, it interfered with my case so I had to remove it. I bought this screen protector for my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I tried a few other brands of the screen protectors that say they are compatible with the fingerprint sensor, but they all failed to work, or worked intermittently. I just received this one today and was able to put it on without any issues. All of the supplies needed are provided. As soon as I got it installed, I went to my settings and registered a new fingerprint with the protector on. On one or two of the presses, it said that I wasn't pressing hard enough or not completely covering the sensor. After getting my fingerprint registered, I locked and unlocked my phone 20+ times with no issues. I went to all of my most used apps and made sure touch sensitivity was working fine and I could play games, etc. This also comes with a very good camera protector. This one is actually one piece and covers all of the cameras tightly. The other brands I tried only had small discs that you had to try and place over each tiny camera, one at a time. It sticks up kind of high, but with my Otterbox case, it still does not go past the case edge. If you don't use a case, or have a really thin one, this might look funny. Overall, I am very happy with this brand's screen protector and will probably only use theirs on future phones. ... show more

Finger scan doesn't work with screen protector on. Well it took a couple of days now it works good. Not sure why everything was cleaned good. But yeah it's a good buy.
