I would order a size up when buying I needed the next size up from all my other helmets and I asked to get the padding for a large helmet as I had medium and it was sent free of charge very good seller. Helmet also looks very cool for price.

Lots of airflow through the sides of the helmet, the wind comes up through the bottom and sides. The visor scratches VERY easily. It's good for a beginner's helmet, but other than that you get what you pay for here
