The cable that came with the drone is ridiculously short and only suitable for smaller phones. Forget using a tablet. This cable, however, is sufficiently long enough for large tablets. It works just as well as the OEM cable does. I have never had a problem.

I said it MIGHT... Probability is slim but it's not completely impossible, right? The stock USBC cable for the mavic mini is comically short. It's so short it made my sciatica act up, cancer was flaring, even got a bit of hemorrhoids. Then this cable arrived, my back was feeling great, stopped coughing up blood, and my bum felt like a rosey cotton grape on a pillow of clouds with a cool spring breeze through a Napa Valley vineyard. Health miracles not guaranteed for anyone, but when it comes to connecting the first gen mavic mini controller to my pixel 8 fold, this cable is perfect. Seriously though, with a pixel 8 fold, you have to watch out because the cables around 8 inches won't let you mount the phone straight, and the DJI Fly app ignores screen rotation. That means they won't fit. You need a little more, and this thing goes the extra inches. And maybe, JUST MAYBE, in an alternate universe, this cable also cures cancer. ... show more
