After reading the negative reviews, I decided to risk it and glad I did. This was very simple for me to install and i didn't need to use any tools except for the one they gave me to work with the screw. There were only 2 screws needed, and they were just the right size. The instructions were a little vague, and it was confusing for a minute trying to figure out which piece was which since they weren't labelled, but with a little analysis and some logic, I got it in a couple minutes. Pro tip for installing the baskets - I actually assembled the rest of the unit first, and hung it from the door. Then used the door as leverage to install the baskets. I would slide the basket on one side into the necessary slot, and then pull down while it hanging over the door somewhat hard and it snapped into place. Repeat for the other side and the other baskets. The last thing I did once the baskets were installed was screw in the 2 screws at the top. ... show more

Pay attention to the width of your door. The hook width seems to be fit for an external door, not an internal door. Measure your door thickness and compare it to the advertised width of the hook. My door is less than 1.5" thick. This hook was so wide that it stuck out on the inside of the door, since I was hanging this on the inside of the door. I could not close the door because of how far it stuck out. Otherwise, it's good construction and sturdy. If you want to hang it on the outside, or you have a thicker door, this would be a good product for you. ... show more

I like this rack, but unfortunately the 2 bigger baskets at the bottom didn't allow me to close my panty door. Not a huge issue, I guess, since I ended up using them as an organizer inside the pantry. Also, the way the hooks are made didn't allow me to close the pantry door with ease. Both of those issues are more of a personal problem and not really an issue with the system itself. I didn't really look at measurements and all that stuff. So it's more my fault. Either way, it still worked out and allowed me to clear some room out of my pantry. I'd say it's still a good buy. ... show more
