I work for the railroad and have carried two bags for my work things and personal belongings (the 2 bags pictured last). Most guys use bags from a company called Red Oxx, which are huge and very expensive ($500 for one bag). This bag was able to fit all of my stuff, allowing me to board freight trains easier. My testimony is this bag is definitely worth the price, especially for the amount it carries. I anm thoroughly impressed. It’s obviously packed to the brim, and very large for that reason, but one huge bag is better than 2 for me.

I’m 100% pleased with this backpack and I would buy it again as a gift to anyone It’s sturdy and weight is good and balanced and has charging set up points that I can make available for my phone running a charger through my backpack. I also appreciate the accent of color - mine is purple. I spot mine easily when with others. I like to watch over my pack when we set ours down I can watch it from a little distance spotting the color that runs straight through it. There is room for my laptop of course phone, water, change of clothes, extra shoes, some food as well. Paper and books it’s nicely organized ..good bag for school, hiking..short road trip. I’m very happy with mine.

Updating from 1 star to 4. Seller refunded my money immediately - very nice about it. Best backpack I've used over the many years. I am buying another and hopefully the handle doesn't come undone. Honestly, if it does I'll take it to a bag repair shop or something because I like the backpack that much. I'm hoping the issues was that I got a bad one with defective stictching the first time. Scary, I saw a similar review. Also, I hope more that the manufacturer takes notes and reinforces the material or stitching at the top handle area. Regardless, Sellers who are good to their customers - I want to work with. 7 days after return window, it's self-destructing. This bag was a replacement from a big name brand and I was leary. This is exactly why. Before the material started coming undone I was super impressed/happy. But, now, I'm againlooking for a replacement for a daily work bag with large laptop and whatever junk I can cram in it.
