It's been a great backpack. Tons of room. Very durable. I have used it for work trips as well as weekend get aways and vacation. Have carried it to South Korea, Thailand, and several trips to Japan and back. Love all the pockets that seem to be placed very well. Great value for the money. This IS big! My daughter started high school and had selected a standard backpack for the year. She had difficulty fitting everything. I looked for a larger one, and here we are. It fits everything, with room to spare! Amazing! Heavy duty zippers, lots of pockets for the smaller items and it still looks good. She is very happy with it, and so am I. Completely worth it.

At first, I was hesitant to buy this bag since I did recognize the brand and especially since it was made in China, but I thought it was worth the money since I needed a new bag for my college classes this semester. When I first opened the package, I was concerned by how small it looked since it had looked much bigger in the product photos. But I learned that it was folded inward to order to fit inside the packaging and once I saw it out of the bag, I was awestruck by what the bag had in store. The storage capabilities are light-years ahead of every single bag I have used up to this point from RFID protection slots to multiple slots and pockets inside the bags main areas that fit my gaming mouse, my MSI gaming laptop brick and cord, and my apple ipad with apple pencil. Even after packing all of my essentials for my spring classes, there is still tons of storage space remaining. Some of it's unique features are the integrated USB adapter on the bag that you can connect with a battery pack to charge anything on the go, a long storage compartment on the opposite side of the bag that rests against your back, and the capacity to carry two laptops up to over 18 inches. You can fit clothes, shoes, jackets, and many others in the bag in different places and has straps to slide into your suitcase for flights or long journeys. Multiple side and drink slots offer storage for your umbrella, water bottle, and some rather useful items like silverware and straw kit I received during orientation. I can assure you this bag will be the best investment you ever do and for a game design major and gamer such as myself, this is a lifesaver for my college years and hopefully beyond that. Gamers and college students, this is the only bag you will ever need for your classes and your gaming PC. And the true potential is yet to be revealed.

TLDR: The handle shreds on the top of the backpack The backpack is very large and convenient. I bought it because I needed to travel with two laptops, as well as a few other miscellaneous electronic accessories. It works very well as far as being large and able to carry lots of stuff. However almost immediately the fabric on the top of the backpack shredded. This was unpleasant for me but since I care more about function than beauty as far as backpacks go, I was able to deal with it. However today when I picked it up, the metal fastener for the steel cable handle snapped. It's completely unacceptable. I mean, if your goal is just to have a backpack, and you never touch the top handle, then it's probably fine. But if you're traveling and taking it on airplanes, everybody knows you sometimes have to handle it by the handle (probably why they gave it that name). If you're unable to carry your backpack in one hand, it just doesn't function as a travel backpack. For the price I expected a higher quality.

My old backpack was falling apart after six or more years of use. I was going to buy the same backpack again but then saw this item and after some research decided to go with it. What I like and dislike are as follows: LIKES 1. It is well made and sturdy. I travel extensively and need something that can be abused and not fall apart. This fits that bill. 2. It has a unique feature that allows you to put a battery pack inside the backpack and has an external connection that I can plug into to charge my phone and tablet. Nice. 3. It has a front panel that opens up that I can put my hard hat into. I used to have to carry my hard hat on the outside of the old backpack and it would not fit under the plane seats. This solves that. 4. It has an absurd amount of storage space. It has two interior zippered sections plus the front panel section that I mentioned above, plus two zippered side pockets, two mesh sections for water bottles, and three zippered small storage compartments. One internal section has pockets with padding for two laptops, plus pockets for phones, battery packs and other items. The other internal section I use to store clothing, jackets and similar items. DISLIKES 1. It's just too big for my needs. There is no way I can use all the storage space provided. And I don't need to carry two laptops. I would prefer less storage and a smaller backpack. I gave it four stars because it is just too big.

Great backpack. Strong seams, very long lasting and hold a lot. May seem heavy but it is appropriate for what you are getting. Would buy it again and again as long as the manufacturer keeps up the quality standards as what I received. 5 stars all day even though one of the outer straps can not be secured due to faulty adjuster. I wish something could be done about it but oh well still a phenomenal buy

Have had this backpack since 2022. Has held up with carrying approximately 20lbs at all times. Lots of room for books/laptop. Very comfortable. Would buy again. Only con is i wish I was in more colors than black.
