    • Case zipper is cheap plastic. Broke as soon as I went to open it.
Took the plastic off the case, went to open the zipper and it broke in 4 pieces. So the zipper cannot be used. Not a huge deal but a bummer it broke before I even got to use the thing. Hopefully the tools won't fall out.

When I opened the package, I noticed that the zipper seemed to missing, so I just ran my finger along the teeth of the zipper to open it, and found the zipper just loose inside case, I don't... really need the case, it's a handy way of storing the files sure, but being able to close the case isn't really something that I really care about, I'm going to be using them for various projects and it doesn't really bother me all that much that the zipper is broken, the tools seem fine, however, the handles are nice and comfortable and the files themselves seem well made, the only issue I've had with them is the case, and as stated it's not really an issue at all for me personally ... show more
