I purchased this Monitor about a month ago now and I can say I am completely satisfied with the quality of the monitor and the service. Even though the company I purchased this monitor from said it was in good condition, this was an understatement to say the least. The monitor arrived in secure packaging and in excellent condition. There were very few blemishes that I could find. There were no dead pixels and the screen was bright and clear. If I ever have to purchase another monitor this is definitely the place I'll go first.     • Dell Sharp moniter we love it has many functions.
I love it it is so cool it swivels around you can adjust it to go high or low. I have one question i couldn't understand the the instruction booklet or the picture model. My husband slide the moniter all the ways to the bottom and it locked and we can,t get it to slide back up for adjusting the height can you tell me what to do or where the button is located so that i can push the moniter back up. can you send me an e-mail on how to do it i would appreciate it. I wanted to find a less bulky monitor to work with my Vostro tower and I was VERY happy with this purchase... The monitor was received in a very reasonable time and was in mint condition. It looks and works like a brand-new screen, is easy to use and exactly what I needed, if not even a bit better (has extra usb ports, longer cord, and height/direction adjustability). great price for this old Dell monitor. shipping was fast and the item arrived in great shape. comes with power cords and a VGA cable. no visibly dead pixels and the brightness and contrast exceed my expectations. not the highest resolution but perfect for my needs.
