I bought this laptop because I wanted a larger screen for everyday work without spending a lot on a higher-end computer. I mainly planned to use it for browsing, email, documents, streaming, and keeping several tabs open at once. It arrived well packaged and the laptop was protected nicely in the box. The large screen was the first thing I noticed. It is much more comfortable for me than working on a smaller 13 or 14-inch laptop, especially when I’m sitting at my kitchen table. The keyboard has plenty of room, and getting Windows 11 set up was pretty straightforward. For my normal use, the laptop has been responsive. I’ve used it for writing, watching videos, checking email, and general internet use without any major problems. The 16GB of RAM is helpful when I have several browser tabs and programs open at the same time. The webcam is also fine for basic video calls. The 256GB SSD is probably the biggest limitation for me. It gives me enough room for everyday files, but I wouldn’t expect it to hold a huge collection of videos or large programs. I may eventually add external storage. The laptop is also fairly large, so it isn’t something I would want to carry around all day. For a home office or student who wants a big screen, though, it has worked well for what I needed. It’s pretty good! Now that everything has gone up in price, my expectations are a little but higher - I was surprised this has DDR5 ram (considering now that 32gb of DDR5 is $300+). Works well for Minecraft, Xbox game streaming, FOrtnite, and some good ol Counterstrike.

If you need a laptop to do email. social media, and SMS, this will be the solution for you. It had a quick enough processor and, with 16gb of memory, will cruise through most tasks. I only regret that it only has a 512gb NVMe M.2 SSD. That I will quickly remedy with a 1tb version that now only sells for $40-$70 on Amazon. So even with that expense, you can get a fast, fully functional laptop for a great price. It has everything else built-in, so that will be the only addition you may need. I do all my "heavy lifting" computing on my desktop, using this laptop to visit clients and give presentations with Office 365. ... show more
