I bought three air purifiers from Medify back in 2020 and LOVE them so much. Fast forward two years later, bought a home and am now in the market for HVAC air filters. When I saw Medify is now making HVAC air filters I HAD to get them. I think they do a great job because I also have an Ecobee that tells us the quality of the air in my home. Prior to getting the air filter, it constantly said Poor. After the air filter, it's now between clean and fair. It has to be the filter!

I got the MEDIFY PRO 20x20x1 Filter - MERV 12 for my home. Merv ratings are from 0-20; this rating is good for homes. A 12 rating controls pollen, dust mites, sawdust, textile and carpet fibers, mold spores, general household dust, concrete dust, legionella, lead dust, coal dust, nebulizer and humidifier dust. This rating works for me as there is no smoking in my home and no pets (in which case if either of those were present, a 13-16 rating would be better). When it comes to my filters, I do like the blue color in this filter. I change my filters probably a bit prematurely (on purpose); I'd rather change them sooner than later. That said, with the blue color I can better see when it is filling up with dust. Many times with the white & light grey filters, it's a little challenging for me to see when it's starting to fill up (it's easy to see when it's really dirty and full of dust). My filter has been in for 2 months and it's working as it should. I can recommend this brand.

These appear to be really well made filters. The price is right for this level of efficiency ($35 for two at the time of review). I take the efficiency rating with a grain of salt, and it is pretty hard to confirm. There isn't any mention of the test lab that verified the efficiency, and the pressure drop is not listed. The printing on the filter says to change it after at most 3 months, but I easily get 6 months from my name-brand filters so maybe they have a high starting pressure drop. I haven't used the filter long enough to know how quickly they plug up, but if they indeed need to be changed twice as often then it isn't such a good deal afterall.

I'm using this MEDIFY PRO 20x20x1 MERV 12 filter in a box fan setup to help circulate and clean air in a room that does not have a return air vent. So far it is working great albeit I can tell that with it being MERV 12 it is definitely putting a drag on the fan. If I get 30 days of usage then we will be looking at a great deal for this two pack. 5/5 stars so far.

5 Stars We had been looking for new filters for our furnace. The brand that originally came with it was super expensive and hard to find. I finally found these. Crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. They came in quickly. So great shipping. They came well packed without any defects. They were super easy to use. Went in without any problems. Great Fit! And the price for TWO was the best I have found ANYWHERE. I'm super happy and proud to recommend these. I will be purchasing them in the future when we need another set to get through another year from this company! I highly Recommend!

These filters are a great replacement for monthly fiberglass cheap filters. I actually forgot these last up to 3 months. My Apartment manager just put another filter outside my door, I'm sticking with this Medify one for now even though it got a little wet when it rained here in the Desert. My furnace area is subject to collecting water during the few times we get a flash flood & the Merv 12 filter is not waterproof or Virus/Bacteria proof. I will give it a visual inspection as It would be a shame to toss at this point

This is for "MEDIFY PRO 16x25x4 Filter - MERV 12 - E11 Media - Air Cleaning - Pleated HVAC AC Furnace Air Filters Replacement - (MERV 12, 2-Pack) (16x25x4)" Like other air filters of this size, there is a metal mesh on one side. Unlike others, this filter is missing a cardboard mesh on the other side. Probably doesn't need it as the pleats look good. Media is blue to signify "HEPA". Fits fine with no room to spare, which is similar to Honeywell filters.

They seem to very well constructed. They hold their shape as opposed to most other manufacture cardboard frame filters. When I hold another brand filter by the edge it starts bending down from the weight. Not with these. They are much sturdier then the others I have used in the past. The filter material seems to do it's job well. Overall I do not really have any complaints.
