I bought this on the 4th day of December and waited they told me they shiped it out I work for FEDEX. Well they tell me that they where going to have it to me on the 14th well they gave me tracking # shipping lable but didn't give packages FEDEX so there for they tell me it is shipped out there again they didnt know I worked FEDEX so there for THEY LiED TO ME FOUND OUT THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT SO THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULDN'T BE HERE FOR MY KIDS FOR CHRISTMAS SO I CANCLED IT AND THEY SAID TO ME THEY wouds.send me a gifted for all my kids me they asked me if I would right a good review since they where going to send me all them a gift well there was a cheap one gift that came it was a piano that you have to blow though it broke the first five mins please dont buy anything from this company I tried to work with them and they remain to lie to me and Amazon guy cought them in the lie and gave me a refund no question asked if you buy something make sure it says sold and fulfilled by Amazon.... ... show more

The trampoline arrived earlier than expected in 3 packages all the same day, same time! Instructions were easy to follow! Very sturdy and heavy frame! My family and all the neighborhood kids have enjoyed it tremendously!!!!
