Arrived quick. Installed in about an hour. Primed Bowl & Cranked it up. Note: when replacing carburetor (due to sitting up ) may want to drain old fuel & check petcock assembly in fuel tank. I replaced mine. I had carburetor rebuilt. It would crank & idle, but if you accelerated it would die in a minute or two. The petcock assembly was gummed just enough to allow fuel to seep through. Not sure if it would matter or not but the throttle position sensor is mounted differently on this than the factory carburetor from the 2007 foreman 500 I was working on. I didn’t want to install it and then run into issues so I am returning it and bought a carb from rockymountainatv. It was $70 and the TPS was oriented the same as the original and was also stamped with the same letters as the original. I feel like it’s probably a better made part and worth the extra $20. For all I know, mounting the TPS this way may be fine. I just didn’t trust it so I am returning this carb. See my photo for reference. ... show more

    • Pretty decent carb
I installed this on my foreman rubicon to replace a carb that would not run at all. Seems well made. I’ve been running this carb for several months now. It’s runs way better than the old gummed up carb but I can’t seem to get it dialed in just right. Either the idle is too high or too low and it sputters and dies. It’s been difficult to tune it just right and find that perfect balance. But all in all I’m pleased with it. Especially for the price! The rod for the throttle position sensor was a 1/4 turn off so I had to use the throttle rod from my old carb. everything else worked good
