Versatile, space-saving, and a major upgrade from screw-on dumbbells! These 16" adjustable dumbbell handles have been an excellent addition to my home gym. If you already have weight plates, you can create whatever size dumbbell you need—no need for an entire rack taking up space. It’s a huge space-saver and a budget-friendly way to get a full range of dumbbell weights. I especially appreciate how these feel more like a traditional barbell. The grip size mimics that of a standard bar, which makes a real difference in comfort and control during workouts. They’re also far superior to the screw-on type handles I used before—more solid, more secure, and much easier to swap weights quickly. The only minor downside is that the logo stickers on the ends came off within the first week. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect performance, but worth noting. They do seem a bit generic with a branded sticker added on—but that’s not a dealbreaker at all given the performance and value. If you’re building out a home gym, these are an absolute must-have. Highly recommend!

Really great quality. The handles are super comfy and the clips that come with it feel super well made and springy. Have been curling with it with no problem. Super solid build. EDIT - updating my review. While doing shoulder press the ends bumped each other and the ends got bent up a bit (they were just plastic glued on). Just a heads up as I thought it was etched into the metal. Not removing any stars as it's just asthetics Price $53.99

Unfortunately, my adjustable dumbbells broke. Instead of dropping another $400 I decided to get a pair of Olympic handles since I already have the plates. They are very sturdy and a great value for the money. I would recommend getting a better pair of clamps for the ends...the ones that come with it aren't the best. I've noticed some slipping after reps, which results in the weights shifting.

I’m giving these loadable dumbbell handles 3 stars—not because they’re terrible, but because they just didn’t meet my needs as a more advanced lifter. If you’re lifting under 60 pounds per hand, they’ll probably get the job done. They feel solid enough for lighter work and the collars stay in place fairly well. But once I started loading them heavier, the limitations became clear. The sleeves just aren’t long enough to comfortably fit heavier weight plates, especially if you’re using standard cast iron or bumper plates. I found myself maxing out the load capacity way too quickly, and the balance gets awkward when you’re trying to push serious weight. For beginners or casual home gym users, they might be a budget-friendly option. But if you’re pushing past intermediate strength levels, you’ll likely outgrow these fast. I’d recommend saving up for fixed-weight dumbbells or higher-capacity loadable options if you’re serious about progressing.
