This is not a good 360 laser level. I setup a 13 foot in diameter pool base. Sitting at the center of my base the laser was extremely hard to see in normal day light. Expected, so when it was overcast I found the line to fade and be almost unviewable at the edges. This is only about 7 feet from the laser level. The housing of the laser spinner also breaks up the laser and causes gaps that are large at distance. If your reference point falls in a gap then you need to now move it or move the laser level. The worst part of this device is the batteries. They printed various US government agencies on the battery housings. I'm pretty sure the FDA doesn't test lithium batteries for their consumability. I would question the safety of these devices and not charge it unattended, less it burn your house down. The kit is mostly useless pieces you will not use. Steer clear and find a name brand that is UL listed and not logo stamping untested unit.
