This is a fantastic set of nail powders. And I love the colors that it came with. The selection of colors was just my vibe. It had a lot of neutral pinks and one dark red, which I honestly appreciated. I don't always want pastels. I think the size of the jars very generous. I will be able to do several manicures each color. I will say this is not a beginner set so it doesn't come with any tools or any of activators. It doesn't even come with a base or top coat. This is just a set of colors. And while these powders don't require gel to use, they actually recommend instructions to use in gel top coat. So it does require UV light if you follow the directions. I don't think a gel top coat is necessary, but I do think a gel top coat would make it last longer. I think the 28 days of wear advertised on the listing is if you have a gel top coat. You can use a regular nail polish top coat. And it will chip faster. But if you're trying to avoid using UV lights, which is why most people do dip just use a regular top coat. I do think it was extremely easy to apply just like every other dip that I'm used. I used it for color though and not extensions. So I've never done it to shave nails. I just use it on my natural nails for color. For some reason there are instructions for shaping only on the listing pictures. So I still think this is not a good set for dinner and more of an expansion for people who have already done dips. I also didn't have any bubbles or chipping issues beyond regular chipping. It felt just as strong as the other dips that I used. Overall I highly recommend. I think it is great for the value and comes with the very versatile set of colors. The box is actually so pretty it can give it be used for a gift.

Variety of colors. Not dip powder but the powder for acrylic nails although no acrylic liquid is included. Jars arrived in a plastic container that wasn’t containing them at all and they were rolling around in the mailer bag. Some looked like they were leaking or the powder all over them was from previous powders leaking where they were stored. The powder does a decent job when using dipped brush to ball acrylic. Blends fairly easily depending on liquid used as well as brushes.

At first I thought these were polish so I jumped right on getting them. But lucky for me they are acrylic colors and I love them! Only thing is I do end up having to soak my nails off after a set or two because I don’t want to keep the same color but these are very nice to do French tips with instead of basic white or painting them on and eventually chipping. Definitely recommend if you do your nails at home and don’t really want to spend time doing acrylics then painting.

I’m very new to doing acrylic nails at home, so I was excited to try this 16-color acrylic nail powder kit. In the jars, the powders look like soft pastel shades, but once mixed with acrylic liquid, they become deep and vibrant. Each jar is numbered on the lid, but there’s no color chart included. I printed the listing photo with the corresponding numbers, which was especially helpful since five of the colors—34, 35, 38, 46, and 54—look almost identical as powders. This kit includes only the acrylic powders, so you’ll need to provide your own foil forms, acrylic liquid, and brush. On my first attempt, I used a low-quality acrylic liquid and struggled quite a bit. After switching to a salon-quality acrylic liquid, the application was much easier and smoother. The acrylic air-dried hard in about 5–6 minutes, and by following the instructions carefully, my nails adhered well and lasted until I removed them after two weeks. I used color 54, a very pale pink glitter that’s almost white, and color 59, a deep red—both were beautiful once applied. I also appreciate the smaller jar size. You don’t need much powder to create acrylic nails, so these will still last a long time. Overall, I recommend investing in a good-quality acrylic liquid, printing a color cheat sheet from the listing, and following the application instructions closely. With those steps, you can achieve gorgeous, long-lasting, and colorful acrylic nails at home.

This is a fantastic set of acrylic nail powder for the price! You get a really nice variety of different colors, and is perfect for those looking to build their collection. The quality is great, and each jar has a good amount of powder in it that will last you a while. Note that this set just includes the nail dip powders. It does not come with activator, brushes, etc. so you will need to get those things separately. This would be a good set for those who have done dips at home before and are looking to add more colors to their collection.
