We love our trampoline! We have a family of five and all of us can comfortably jump and play on it! The kids really love that it came with a sprinkler attachment and basketball hoop! The materials are good quality and though it took a few hours to build for two adults, it was fairly simple. The only tip I wished we had was when you are doing the netting, do not lace the string through each of the holes in the netting, you need to lace it every couple holes and try to line it up with the springs so when you pull it, it will tighten nice and close to the base of the trampoline! (I made the mistake of thinking I needed to lace them all through and it was too tight and came together super wonky when I pulled the string to tie it. I undid the lacing and skipped a few holes to line it up and it worked perfect!) Other than that, it was super simple. I'm really happy with our purchase! I also had an issue with a bent pole and reached out to customer service and they responded super quickly and they shipped us a replacement free of charge! Love this trampoline and the extras it comes with! It’s lasted so far a few crazy storms with high winds thanks to the anchors! The springs were easy to put on as long as you follow the diagram! (learned that the hard way haha) and gives you a minute to enjoy your drink because my kiddos will play on it for hours! Especially once you turn the sprinkler on and add a touch of dish soap! The hardest part of the set up was the net, if you pull one side too tight the zipper will not close so I had to redo that part about 3 times before getting it just right! This product is awful!! I could not believe to start off with how long it took to arrive. It was delayed and ended up being late.. and then as I am attempting to put this together, just myself a single mom and my friend who is also a single mom and it worries me to know that if this could happen to us, it could happen to anyone it happened not once but twice, so how safe are these being built for our children to rest their lives on? Two connecting hooks broke while we were attempting to pull the springs together .. how do these break!! And now we’ve gotten this far (seen above photo) and we have to figure out how to take apart to box back up and get a replacement !!! ... show more

Came in 2 boxes..I've set up a few trampolines now so set up was simple just me and my 2 kids were able to do it. A thunderstorm came through the next week and bent a few pieces but customer support was super helpful and quick to help me get the replacement parts I needed and continuously checked in with me throughout the process. I’m very impressed with the quality and design of this trampoline. The assembly was straightforward—everything fit together securely using bolts and nuts, with no welding involved. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow, and it even included some spare parts, which was a nice bonus. We love this trampoline! My kids live on it. It was incredibly easy to put together, and the product is in great quality. It’s been too chilly for the sprinkler but we are so ready to use it when the time comes. The lights for night jumps have been so fun - and the hoop/ball is a MUST for every jump session. We have had it up for one month. The pole that holds the springs on the outer hoop bent in half. No where near the weight limit and can not find a replacement part. Dissatisfied with the product being the cost that it is would just bend that way. We had a trampoline from Walmart for half the price for 6 years and that never happened.
