I was so sad when my Litter Robot 4 stopped working. The first thing to try was a new power cord. I did not have high hopes. A new power cord from Litter Rebot would have been $50 with shipping. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but we had constant connection issues - my litter robot 4 just constantly turns off randomly. Plug definitely wiggles inside the port. I ended up just throwing it away and buying one straight from Whisker.
