The assembly is very simple and direct (the seller is very careful and provides the tools needed for installation). Most of the parts are also assembled. The seller of the software needed by the machine also told me how to get it via email, and the email reply was also quick The customer service was very good, very responsive. This machine is solid. I have used it on wood, polyester fiber and PTFE. We also successfully made several moulds. This is my first time to use CNC router.
