Great trampoline, the kids love it, and the customer service is definitely 5 stars. Our fiber glass rod broke and I reached out to customer service and they said it was covered under warranty so they sent us new ones right away. Would definitely recommend the trampoline as it feels sturdy and you can jump pretty high (I tried it myself). My husband and I and our two kids were able to jump in it with no problem. The instructions to put all the parts together wasn’t the best but we figured it out.

Overall this is a good trampoline. My only issue was with the flexible rods that hold up the net. They continued to come out of the holder as the kids jumped. To resolve the issue I just secured them with a small screw.

My daughter was 2 1/2 when we made this purchase. For about the 1st month we had it, every morning when she got up, she would say, “I want go jump high!” And did she ever! I’ve never made a purchase like this before and I don’t know why I didn’t do this for my older 3 children! The netting and the ladder put me at ease, and I never worried when she was inside jumping. We explained to her the need to keep the zipper down while inside, and because she loved jumping so much, she complied. This trampoline also got her to stop jumping on her bed…. Still working on the couch though!

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for my Grands when they visit. The kids Absolutely love it, It strong enough that I also jumped inside. My next door neighbors grandkids also visit and love coming over and jumping. This is an affordable game/activity the whole family can enjoy.

The trampoline itself (we ordered the 16 ft.) is great for a whole family. Our kids play tons of games with their friends on it. The sprinklers worked well and the hoop is good fun. During the course of mowing around it I caught a leg and damaged it with my tractor. It was completely my fault but the company was great to work with on replacement parts. It was straightforward and easy.
