Been using it now for 9 months. It works pretty well, although doesn't keep that steady of a temperature in either zone. I always use thermocouples in all my refrigeration and freezers and the temperature range is +/- 3 degrees F from the setpoint. The spacing between shelves is about 2mm too tight, but you can get most bottles to fit on the racks if you lift the rack above it a bit when sliding in and out. ... show more

Perfect small factor wine cooler that can still handle around 30 bottles. Noise level is minimal and settings are very easy. Customer service was very reactive to solve our issue.

    • Noisier than Advertised...
I'm pretty disappointed. On the plus side, it arrived safely and was fairly easy to assemble (other than switching the door, see below). It cools quickly. It looks nice. It holds champagne bottles better than expected. On the downside: This is MUCH noisier than advertised. I'm picking up 50-52 db, well above the 38 db advertised. The temperature fluctuations seem wide, roughly 3-5 degrees. Switching the door direction was a huge pain, and I scratched the unit in a couple places. (I was pretty careful but the design for a door switch is poor. The instructions were even worse.) Overall, I was deciding between this and another unit that had 2 zones. I really wanted 2 zones but this one wasn't available in 2 zones for this size. (Apparently they make 2 zones; just couldn't get it.) I don't mind that the noise is higher than advertised, but this is too much of a difference. ... show more
