Really, REALLY sparkly and shiny! Honestly, when I opened it, I was a bit disappointed because it was a lot thinner than I expected for the price. It's not SUPER thin, but it is thin. I have 4 other gold chains, and none are as thin as this one. But I really didn't know what a 1.1 mm chain would look like, I mean 1.1 mm IS pretty small. I opened it in my dark bedroom, but once I walked into my living room with it with the sun shining in my windows I fell in LOVE. This chain is by FAR the brightest, shiniest, sparkliest (not a word I don't think) gold chain I have. I am keeping it for sure, and happily! Oh, and it has a very small lobster claw clasp that I have a tough time working because it's small, I may bring it to my local jeweler and get a larger one put on...but if you are younger than 54, you'll probably do fine with it. ;) I added a pic of the chain, please ignore my old lady skin and my thyroid cancer scar...but hey, better old than dead!!! :D ... show more

Bought this to wear my citrine gem on. It’s nice enough for the price and sturdy. As long as the clasp doesn’t break I’m sure this will last a long time. Can’t beat the price.

This chain was my 3rd attempt to buy a chain for a medallion/charm. I am so happy that I returned previous chains that didn’t work because this one is wonderful. It’s sturdy, shiny, and it (so far) seems to have a sturdy clasp. The clasp feels strong, unlike every other chain I previously purchased for my medallion charm. The chain is nice, but it is shorter than stated, not by much, but still... The clasp is so small that is almost impossible to use without someone’s help Otherwise shiny

I do not take the chain off I sleep with it shower with it. Everything well worth the money I have a pendant on it and yes, I have hair down to my back.

    • Terrible coloring
I am not convinced this is 14k, or 10k even. This gold looks really silver and not yellow. When I took it to a credible jeweler and compared it to the 14k Chains it was distinctly a different color. Looks like a white gold yellow gold blend maybe. Returning due to coloring.
