This rope chain is 21-1/2 inches in length counting the clasp. The rope design is twisted and looks nice. It can tangle like a rope. To untangle it just hold one end up and with the other hand take your index finger and thumb and rub it back and forth to make the chain untangle itself. There are three things that are a disappointment to me: 1) it is 14K gold PLATED but it does not say over what kind of metal 2) there is some magnetic metal in the chain as I use my magnet to detect the magnetic metal which could be iron or cobalt. 3) Because it is plated with Gold and that it has a small trace of iron or cobalt in with the rest of the unnamed metal I cannot say that this is worth the cost that is posted. ... show more
