I got this full size mattress and have been sleeping on it for a few months. It strikes a good balance between firm support and pressure relief, making it suitable for back and side sleepers. The combination of gel memory foam and pocket springs provides a comfortable, responsive feel, and the strong edge support allows full use of the mattress surface. Things I Like: Firm and supportive: Offers good spinal alignment and pressure relief. Hybrid design: Gel memory foam + independent pocket springs provide both comfort and bounce. Strong edge support: Great for sitting or sleeping near the edge without sagging. Convenient delivery: Comes compressed in a box; easy to set up. Concerns: Initial smell: Minor off gassing odor when first unpacked, dissipates within a few days. Firmness: Might feel too firm for people used to plush mattresses. Heavy: Moving or rotating the mattress can be difficult due to its weight.

This luxury hybrid mattress is a perfect blend of quality, comfort and support. The 7 zone system makes for comfortable sleep in any position and helps to alleviate joint & back pain as well as other pressure points. The mattress is a more of a medium firm than a hard firm and arrived shrink wrapped. Once open, it expands quickly with no smells. It is breathable, not hot and a good size/fit. This mattress is an instant upgrade from the old mattress and is great value for the quality & comfort that it offers. It's an excellent purchase and would definitely recommend.

I grabbed this mattress mostly out of curiosity and the fact that my back had been crying for help after too many nights on a saggy old one. It came vacuum-sealed like a giant burrito, and once I freed it from its plastic tomb, it expanded like it had been waiting to exhale. Tip: open it where you want it to live—this thing takes up space fast and is NOT a fun wrestling match to move afterward. It took about a day and a half to fully puff up, and after that, it was pretty much ready to crash on. Sleeping on it has actually been way better than I expected for the price. It’s definitely medium firm—not rock solid, but not marshmallow soft either. I’ve got some minor back tightness from time to time, and this didn’t make it worse (which is already a win in my book). I didn’t sink in like quicksand, and the motion isolation is decent—I could roll around without feeling like I was launching myself across the bed. It’s not fancy hotel-level plush, but for a couple hundred bucks? Honestly, I’ll take it. Only real downside is that it's still kind of curing its “rolled-up memory” and has a little curve at the edges, but that’s already starting to flatten. I probably wouldn’t recommend it as a forever mattress for a main bedroom unless you're really budget-strapped, but for a guest room, kids' room, or even a temporary setup while you figure out your life? Absolutely worth it.

This is a really nice mattress. It feels expensive! The springs are supportive and bouncy but the layers of foam on top add a lot of cushion. I'd consider it Medium-Soft.

This mattress is shipped all compressed and rolled up in a box. The box is heavy, so get a second person to help you move it. Place the rolled up mattress on the bed and remove the outer plastic. The mattress will unroll itself, but it’s still compressed in a vacuum-sealed bag. Use the included package cutter to open the bag, to prevent damage to the mattress. Once the bag is punctured, the mattress rapidly expands. The manufacturer recommends allowing the mattress to breathe for 48 hours to reach full expansion and dissipate any odors from manufacturing. (I did not detect any odors, right from the package.) First impressions of the mattress are that is not medium-firm, as described in the Amazon listing. In my judgement, it is medium-soft. Lacking any rigid side structure, it has quite a bit of give when you sit down on the edge of the mattress. When you move about, the springs are a bit creaky. The memory foam top is on the thin side, as well. After sleeping on the mattress for a few nights, I can say that it is comfortable, and the quality of my sleep has improved over the old (firm) mattress that I had. As a senior, I’m more prone to aches and pains on a firm mattress, and they are lessened considerably on this mattress. In my opinion, this is not a high-quality mattress and I would not expect to have a great many years of use from it. The manufacturer states that it carries a 10-year warranty, but be forewarned, shipping this mattress back if there’s a defect will be prohibitively expensive since it is in its expanded state. Also, the documentation included with the mattress carries no customer service contact information, no address, not even a manufacturer’s name. If the seller disappears from Amazon, you’re out of luck as far as any warranty claim.

For just over $200 this mattress is a winner. I unfurled it from the vacuum seal bag in the morning and by the time my son went to bed that night it was fully inflated and ready to go. It is definitely better than his previous bed and has medium firmness. With how easy this is to set up, and the price, this is a definite win for a full sized bed.
