Overall: The Heavy Duty 18 Twin bed frame is lightweight, incredibly engineered and rock-solid stable. Assembly was simple and straightforward, taking about 40 minutes with all holes lining up perfectly and none of the extra fasteners being needed. The design and materials (metal instead of wood) make this the strongest and most stable bed frame in my house. Noteworthy: - I had a hard time locating the “J” nuts on the instruction sheets. I finally (with a magnifying glass) found them in Step 6. - The included allen wrench strips easily and I found mine quite mangled by the time I finished assembly. - Initially I had difficulty installing the support slats (”F”) due to how tight the fit was. After changing my strategy I was able to place them in the slots much easier. - Once assembled and fully tightened, the frame did not wobble or sway, and easily supported our somewhat heavy mattress.

This took me TWO HOURS to put together. TWO HOURS. 1. It came in a bajillon pieces 2. Each piece came individually wrapped in plastic 3. The metal pieces were NOT labeled with "A,B,C" etc. 4. The instructions were tiny and did a worthless job showing which piece they were referring to as there are pieces that look almost identical 5. Sometimes it shows you multiple steps in one picture, which is extremely confusing 6. The online video goes too fast and ALSO does a poor job of showing which piece you're supposed to be using, as again, some pieces are almost identical. Before I even started, I almost said "nope, I'm not doing it, I'm just going to get something else," but I powered through and managed to put together the end wrong, not once, not twice, but THREE times. Anyway... the bedframe is... perfectly fine. It's tall, it feels sturdy. Noise free, not so much. If you don't mind the sheer hassle of putting something together with this many pieces with unclear instructions, you might really get a lot of value out of it.
