Very disappointed. It holds a large capacity but that is it's only redeeming quality. It hardly pumps anything out so most people think we are out of the beverage even though we have just filled it so you have to pump and pump and pump to get a cup full. I am taking it to our good will and will be buying something else.

A good size and general construction, but the pump is disappointing, especially for the price of the carafe. It dispenses the liquid very slowly. Maybe the lever needs to be longer? I've used other carafes that dispensed much more quickly so I know it is possible. Also the boxes arrived damaged, and one of the four carafes I ordered arrived broken/cracked.

Needed a chai tea dispenser. It is tedious to pump and tea is still warm 18 hours later. Otherwise, It does work as described.

Got the largest one of these and it's big! It holds a lot. I have not used this for hot liquids. I saw most people had reviewed them after using for coffee and such. They said it kept it warm for a long time. I know you must warm up the inside first with hot water or else the walls of the dispenser will cool your liquid down. I did test this out with cold water. It kept it cold for over 24 hours! Now a lot does determine how cold this will stay. If you start out with a lot of ice, it will stay cold longer. This is easy to use and dispense. It can drip a little after dispensing. So I put it on a surface that can handle a little water. This sits securely in place and you can pivot it around with the bottom turntable. It would be nice if the top portion came off for cleaning. But I can stick a brush down in the center hole to clean. We use this in our RV. I filter our water first and then place it in the dispenser with ice. We have cold water all day! It's a nice luxury.

The MOST important thing to know about this thermal airpot from HAIUWOER, other than the [accurate] specifications outlined in the product description is that it is BIG, that it is much larger "in person" than it appears in the photos on Amazon. I do not mention this as a negative in any way, the capacity of the airpot I ordered is 135 ounces (it's available in a 101 oz. size as well) which is exactly what I wanted, but even at that, I was still a little surprised at how large it was when I actually saw it and I wanted to bring that to the attention of anyone considering it because it may be too large for some. I suggest checking out the VIDEO of this product on Amazon for the best reference of it's actual size because the photos in the listing do not accurately represent the SCALE of this item in relation to the people in the photos. That said, I ordered the 135 oz. size and it is perfect! This is a well-designed, well-made product that has great thermal properties for keeping things cold OR hot and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting or needing a thermal airpot of this size. FIVE STARS!
