The media could not be loaded. Great product so far! Heats very fast and holds a large number of large pans. I used it to warm and serve my cinnamon rolls at events. The warmer is very heavy. I had to buy a small folding hand truck to transport it. Overall well made and great price!

Item was missing a part. I contacted customer service and got a quick response and resolve. They went over the top to assure I had what I needed. The unit was already "installed" and did exactly what we needed at our church.

If you want a warmer that holds a good amount of smaller items of food, then this is what you want. It's a warmer and so far it works well. It's about an inch too small to hold a pizza box, however it can hold several personal pizzas on each shelf. It maintains temp well and has an easy access drawer for moisture. It seems durable, however it's pretty simple so the price is at the upper end of what I would value it at. The magnetic closing doors use a strong magnet and they hold well. Here's the cons: The shelves are not easily adjustable. They basically are where they are. There is zero light on the inside, causing many customers to walk past it thinking it is off/empty. Lastly, why oh why would you put the cord coming out the front? That makes no sense whatsoever. All that considered, it's a pretty good piece and if you just need a basic no frills warmer... Well here ya go.

I tested the CAMMOO 133Qt 5-Tier Commercial Food Warmer and found it to be an excellent piece of equipment. First let me say this... Do not look at the photo and expect it to hold the amount of food that this is capable of holding. Now with that being said. This is an awesome food warmer. It heats up fast and holds the food at the proper temperature. The weight of this is very heavy so it really is not a portable unit. The glass doors seem to be very good quality and are heavy. We are very happy with this unit!

I cannot brag enough on this warming oven as it is exactly as described and packaged well. It had protective film over the stainless, and is a heavy unit with many racks, a temperature controller and separate temperature gauge. This is pretty much as good as it gets, except for two drawbacks, as I would liked to have seen a stop for the racks, and I’m not sure why the cord comes out the front? I think I can probably come up with a solution myself to keep myself from pulling a rack completely out on accident, but I do think the cord is awkward. I will be using this to keep food warm for the large parties we hold several times a year.
