Basic Dope

Allows me to carry around a work in progress without having to bring the whole book. I nornally cut a slip sheet to pad the clip from my art, but the touch-points already are rubber padded and it's profile only touches at two small points. Fits in a plien air bag easily (recommend clamping a cover sheet onto it) or another protective portfolio of size. Slim clip profile helps a lot with bag profile and balance.

Cheap but sturdy, doesn't hold thick sketch pads/books very well
Number of Items: 1
So this is a moderate sized sketch board and at a reasonably cheap price of (as of this writing) $9.99. The wood is obviously cheap but is reasonably resistant to bending so it provides a decent solid surface to draw on. The clip at the top is pretty strong but very limited in how thick of a sketch pad/book it can hold. In some of the pictures I scooted the easel over and the clip let go of the sketchbook. So definitely plan to use this for either single sheet sketches or thin pads/books. Pros: -Cheap ($9.99) -Light weight -Easy to carry -Sturdy Cons: -Not great at holding thicker sketch pads/books For the price this is a good board for outdoor and on the go drawing. The only complaint I really have is the clip is limited in how thick your medium can be for it to securely hold. So keep this in mind when buying your supplies.
