I had to get a 2nd one of these for my co-worker. We use alot of different bits or impact sockets for our line of work. Once he saw i had one of these on my tool belt he asked if i could get him one too. Light weight yet strong. The carabiner is good quality and the right style locking clip i like to use. As for the copper tube extender i can tell they are well made and look to get the job done no problem. But something i haven't tested because its not part of my line of work. But great to have in my tool box as a just incase tool for the future. Highly recommend if you are a person that uses a few bits/sockets on the fly in your work all the time.

They do work when you're in a jamb.. Hard to hold onto the pipe with your hands (almost need a vice), as the pipe heats up as well... I wouldn't use these if I had a lot of pipes to do, but for one or two I think they work just fine... Soft Copper Only

I haven't used this tool in a plumbing situation yet but have "played" with it to see how it works. It only takes a little while to get used to using it. One thing you'll have to do is make sure that you have a firm grip on the pipe you are trying to swage to keep it from trying to spin. Another thing you'll need to do is make sure the tool is straight with the pipe before you try to enlarge the opening. It's a neat tool to have if you want to be able to enlarge the opening on copper pipe. Seems to work like it is designed to.

It is simple and great at the same time. I had been using the manual 6 in 1 swaging tool to expand copper tubing and like always it is hard to hold while banging on the swaging tool with a hammer. Well, finally those are gone for me. These bits fit in your screw gun impact driver and it works like a charm. You might want to have gloves near by because the copper tubing gets hot with the friction that comes with expanding the pipe. And you also cut down your chances of having by 50%. When using a coupling you have 2 solder joints that could leak and by using this swaging tool you only have one. And when you purchase these swaging bits you get carabiner with different colored bit holders; I think I will use this for something else. Terrific Buy!!

I'm taking a class on heating and air conditioning and I needed some swage tools. I was looking for something easy to carry and would cover a wide range of sizes. This is a nice set comes with a key ring and it comes with spring clips to hold your swage tools. When I tried one to see how it worked it did work smoothly although you really have to secure the pipe that you're drilling into. It's not a very deep swage but it's enough that you could get a good braze or solder. Having it on the key ring makes it very convenient to carry around although carrying a bunch of things can get heavy quick. I noticed that you do have to give it a little bit of wiggle otherwise the pipe that you're trying to fit into it will have a difficult time going in. Nothing wrong with that it's a good tight fit a little flux with solder or get it hot enough for brazing and it should hold very well.

I bought this for the bit holder keychain. I have yet to use the flair bits, but the bit holder far exceeds my expectations. First off, the carabiner can be locked closed! Secondly, at first I was disappointed to realize it is not magnetic, but I like this clip system better. I feel like I can trust it to hold my bits better than I can trust the magnetic ones my coworkers have. Finally, it’s super lightweight. Overall, it’s a fantastic bit holder. I’m excited to see how good the flair bits are.
