honestly its a basic black twist eyeliner. it is a true black. do not twist it up too high or it will break ! i use it in my water line almost everyday and i have one complaint, its waterproof and not smudge proof. it does not last 100% all day so throughout the day i would have to wipe the outer corners of my eye. ONE THING TO NOTE IT IS THE SOFTEST EYELINER IVE EVER USED. do not try and use this on your eye lids CAUSE IT DOES NOT DRY DOWN and you will have transfer! its perfectly size so I can literally just throw it into my server apron or my purse. i recommend this cause its not the perfect eyeliner but it gets the job done

Very Smooth easy application and a great true black color. Would give five stars but it says it s waterproof and it is not!!! You get half moon eye lids and it rubs off. As a non waterproof it is great. Great value and easy to use.

These are great eyeliner pencils. I tried to give them a 5 star but it would only allow a 3 star...which was a little weird. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

For the price and you get 12(All the same color) isn't bad at all. BUT!!!!!! YES there is A big but But this product smudges terrible and I have tried everything to try to get THIS eyeliner to stay put let me begin I put my eyeliner on 7am happen to look in the mirror around 9am omgosh😲 It looked like I had 2 black eyes and no I did not rub my eyes. By lunch all of my eyeliner was gone due to having to fix it so much(be prepared bring a extra pencil with). So I was determined to try to give this product a chance. So the next day I didn't have to go no where. I put the eyeliner on put some of my face powder on top NOPE didn't work tried to put eye primer around my eye then put the eyeliner on NOPE I Even tried concealer NOPE I even tried setting spray tried hair spray Nope Nothing helped. I really really tried with this product. It is bad when you don't want to leave the house with this product on your face because it will smear,smudge and move out of place not impressed at all with this product😯 I do not have oily skin this product DID NOT make my eyes water I just got what I played for.. Bummer on to the next eyeliner.. This is my opinion only mine.
