This Grommet set with the Grommet tool worked perfectly for my needs. I have old grommet sets that you need a hammer to join the grommet pieces together, but having the grommet crimper tool is a game changer. So much easier to use and more precise. Yes, there is a hole cutter in the kit that you need a hammer to get it to cut through your fabric or paper, but I found a regular paper hole punch was the correct size to make the hole, so I bypassed the provided hole punch tool and hammer. The grommets are sturdy but not overly heavy. I used them for making tags using 2 pieces of cardstock and each tag came out perfectly. The silver and gold color of the grommets are nice and bright and very versatile.
