Very versatile small tree. The size is less than 12” tall overall and works well to: 1). decorate a desk in the workplace,2). cheer up someone in the hospital over the holidays or 3).to keep toddlers distracted from redecorating the larger tree in the home. A battery pack for a mini light strand can be hidden inside the burlap at the base of the tree. The only challenge was finding appropriately scaled decorations to hang on the branches. This tree is not 12 inches, closer to 9 but the base is nice and it's studey enough to stand unassisted. Not the same as pictured but it worked in a pinch with super tiny mini ornaments.
