This review is for the zealots C12 gaming mouse. There is software to program this mouse available on a small CD that comes with the package or on the zealots website. (i dont have a CD drive) I can't comment on the long-term durability of this product, at the time of writing I have only had it for a day. Build: It seems to be made out of hard plastic that appears to be durable. It is fairly large I have slightly smaller hands and this mouse feels a bit awkward. also the back two side buttons are a bit of a stretch to press. Features: - 12 programmable buttons (5 of which are left, middle, and right click, dpi plus and minus) so it's more six side buttons, and one off left click button in practice. - there is an adjustable weight compartment on the bottom of the mouse containing eight weights that can change how heavy the mouse is. - the LED colors can be changed and turned on and off, but not the dpi setting LEDs (4 blue ones to the right of the scroll wheel) - through the included program the mouse's reprogrammable to have set keys, special functions, and some sort of macro system that I am unsure of the workings of. includes: - the mouse - a maunal - a micro cd - a silica gel packet - an extra set of friction pads for the bottom of the mouse - a solid hard plastic container to store everything (which should also protect the mouse during shipping) notes: - the mouse does not have a really good place to put your pinky, so it may end up on your mouse pad. - the friction pads on the bottom of the mouse come with protective plastic on top of them. In order for the friction pads to slide while you need to pull off the protective plastic. It is somewhat difficult to see but has a blue color. - there is a Center Circle between the six buttons, it is not a button itself but if you push hard enough on it it will press a bunch of the buttons around it. So if you have a tendency to squeeze your mouse really hard you may accidentally end up pressing buttons. Overall it is a future rich good quality Mouse at a pretty good price tag for $22

I have been using a Steelseries Rival 500 for a very long time and in my opinion it was the best gaming mouse I ever had, 'was' being the key word. My R click button finally gave out and when I went to buy another I found it was discontinued. Very sad day and I'm kicking myself for not buying a dozen. I have since tried an EVGA X-15 decent mouse, but I had some problems with gripping it. This caused my wrist to become painful rather quickly. Since this is not a review of their mouse I will leave it at that. I then tried a Logitech G-604 lightspeed. This mouse looked promising but was a real let down and not even as good as the EVGA. I like several things in a mouse, as a predominantly World of Warcraft player, I look for buttons, as many as I can get as long as they are well placed and usable. I also like fairly large mice even though I have smaller size hands. I like to be able to pick the mouse up slightly to readjust while I'm fighting, raiding, or flying. When my Rival gave out I was hard put to find a mouse even close to it, and what I found resulted in the above failures. I finally decided to take a chance on a company I'd never heard of. Which brings us to the Zelotes. The software for programming the mouse comes on a disk... I don't care, I have a cd/dvd player. I mention this because i saw some complaints that the driver could not be found as a down load. The software installed flawlessly and is easy to use. For accuracy and ergonomic design I gave this mouse 5 stars. In those respects I love it. For gaming and overall rating I gave it a 4 but I want to add this is ONLY because of the lack of an extra button along the right side and a couple more on the top left in addition to the 'fire' button. That would put this mouse in the 15 button category, which for me is perfect. Having said that I can see the 'fire' button coming in handy for fps games. I don't play fps but the button is also fully programmable so I can put it to use for something else. I have only had this mouse for one day so time will tell if it holds up. Overall if you are dissatisfied with the selection of mice out there and like some of the things in a mouse that I do I suggest you give this mouse a try.

Very nice mouse. The adjustable weight and Teflon pads are more helpful than expected. The button placement for the thumb buttons is a little close to the palm for my hand, but I'm able to make it work by using the ball of my thumb for the back two buttons. The cord is high quality and sturdy. I've been using this mouse for 2-3 months and it's served me very well in that time. The colors of the LEDs in the mouse are very nice, and there's 8 of colors to choose from. The software works with Windows 10 nicely and allows for a surprising amount of customization. Adjustable DPI means that if you're in need of precision you can get it without having to exit the game or app you're in. You can change how sensitive it is at each level and change the way the DPI indicator lights look at each level as well. I use the DPI adjustment for gaming and for precision in 3d modeling. My only complaint, and it's a very minor one, is the feel of the scroll wheel, it moves in very jumpy motions, but each motion seems to only be one click, despite how large those motions are.
