    • Cleaner than glue sticks and surprisingly sticky
When gluing paper I like tape runners more than glue sticks because glue sticks tend to make the paper wrinkly or wavy. When I use the tape roller it gives a "clean" and smooth look. It is surprisingly sticky. No duh but let's be real I was not expecting that much except it would somewhat adhere to stuff. I tried to re-position some paper ever so slightly because I made a small mistake and I couldn't move it, at all. I was afraid I would end up tearing it so I decided to leave the mistake. So there is better than expected adhesion. Easy to use but I don't like how once I get toward the end of the roll, I need a lot more pressure to get the tape to come out... like a lot. More than I expected. And then it would come out stringy instead of a whole strip. Not very happy about that. I also don't like that it's very wasteful. I wish there were refills instead so I'm careful about when I use it because I don't want to buy more than necessary. ... show more

I was using this for a scrapbook project and decided to order bulk amount (large project) but was constantly reapplying to get it to stick. The adhesive I bought at Michael's worked fine and was using the same paper. While a good price I had to use twice as much to get it to stick and even then didn't always work.
