Amazing find! I got a really good deal with the Labor Day prices when I got it so I’m happy! Even if I didn’t get the discount it would be a good purchase for the price. Super comfy, instructions that came with it said let it set up for 3 nights after opening so I did and I’ve had no issues. There wasn’t any kind of funky factory smell when I opened it but I always use baking soda when I get a new mattress just in case. I got the twin XL and it was slightly small on the frame but definitely durable and the thickness was accurate, perfect amount of cushion for someone with back problems who needs support but still wants to be comfy.

Thickness is not even close to 12 inches, 7 inches at best. Left expand for 3 days. Quality is ok, nothing more — my couch is just as comfortable. This was a waste of my money.

If I were able to deal with seller direct I would buy more of these mattresses. Amazon although has it that the buyer can't contact seller direct, not even with shipping issues. The mattress although is of descent quality and very comfortable. Right after setting it up I had to try it for comfort. Dam near fell asleep. Amazon made this transaction entirely to stressful and as long as Amazon is in control of transactions, I will mot be a return customer.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress. I have not woken up without lower back pain for about a year. This mattress is very comfortable an offers a lot of support. I am plus size and definitely recommend this mattress.

Plesantly surprised at the firmness of the bed. It is a giant improvement over my first bed In A box purchase. It works perfectly withe my adjustable bed. The initial info when I purchased it offered a plush and soft version. I wanted to buy a plush version but don't see that option.
