This mattress at the time of my review was marked down to $199 making this a very good value for a queen mattress. This is a hybrid so is both coils and foam in the construction. It comes in at 12" in thickness which is a good thickness but still on the thinner end. The thickness comes more into play for heavier bodies but at 12" this is likely plenty for most people. They rated this as medium on the firmness scale which I found is in line with other mattresses with a medium rating. Overall this is a great mattress at a great price. Just be cautious when opening as boxed mattresses will instantly expand when the inner plastic is cut so make sure it won't hit anyone or anything. Also while it takes time to fully expand you don't have to wait that long to sleep on it as it expands 80%-90% instantly. It will gain more comfort as it fully expands but can still be used almost instantly.

I guess I'm just not sensitive enough to feel the difference in these futuristic mattresses that claim to cure every pain and sore that I have. I believe this was a medium firm and yes that would be accurate. Other features may include: Low Motion Transfer, as a feature. I would have tested that but I didn't feel like spilling cheap wine on my bed while having someone jump on It. I already know it has the motion transfer materials I test it everyday when I run into my room and jump on the bed while the cats are sleeping on it and they don't move (much). There's no lingering odor of chemicals. Which was nice because it's hard to get comfortable when all you smell is Styrene. My sleep quality is unaffected by the alleged options it provides. Meaning it doesn't do anything no harm no good it's just a bed. A high quality bed. The size is appropriate because I can't fit it into my house any other way if it was an inch bigger. There's no doubt this is worth the money.

First of all, my kids had an absolute blast standing on this rolled up mattress and walking on it like a hamster wheel back and forth across our living room floor! Lol. We let them master those skills and after about a week, finally unrolled the mattress. The mattress does have a bit of an odor initially, but it dissipates after a day or two. It is really comfortable. My first impression was how springy it was, but the memory foam fluffed up on top and now the mattress is just the right amount of firmness and softness. I feel like my hips sink in just enough that the mattress touches all parts of my body and is supportive.

I was skeptical of how good a cheap amazon mattress could be. The answer? Better than I thought. This was super comfortable, and I've had multiple people comment on the quality of it. It is thick enough that even full grown adults will not have a problem with it, and there is a good mix of springs to memory foam. You get the comfort of memory foam and support of springs. A surprising value hidden away in the scrolls of Amazon
