This mattress is so comfortable and will help have a great sleep, the packing was very professional, they will send it in a box that you’ll never think it can fit, once you open it up your mattress will growth to the 10in we did give it a couple of hours for it to fully get to the 10 inches but the confortable it is has it all!! We love it so far! We replaced our mattress in our RV and sleep on it daily as a couple and so far (one week) it's been great! Such an improvement compared to what we had! If anything changes, I'll update it. But everything got here very quickly, set up was easy and it "inflated" way quicker than I expected. It has a cooling effect that I love, personally, and it's memory foam but more firm. I've had memory foam before and we sunk too much. This is firmer than that. It's the first time in 6 months that I wake up not hurting so bad I can't move! My husband was having bad hip and shoulder pain and that's all gone. Great mattress!

i ended up giving this 3 days of decompression time. it still had a bit of a sunken spot but it eventually came up a few days later. this is listed as medium firmness. so on a scale of 0-10, with a waterbed being 0 and 10 being like a solid slab of rock/metal/wood. i would estimate this as 7.5 on the firmness scale. i imagine it will probably soften over time
